Juist die momenten waarop je even tijd voor jezelf maakt, zorgen ervoor dat je sterker, energieker en fitter in je vel zit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om je daarbij te helpen hebben we weer twee gloednieuwe lessen toegevoegd aan de app, dit keer van onze toppers Anne-Fleur en Marjolein. Dus ben je toe aan een nieuwe uitdaging of wat extra motivatie? Open de app en probeer ze direct uit!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wist je trouwens dat je in de app ook kunt filteren op jouw favoriete docente? Daarnaast kun je lessen &#8216;liken&#8217;, zodat ze altijd bovenaan blijven staan en je ze gemakkelijk terugvindt. Met haar passie voor beweging, gezondheid en het cre\u00ebren van een fijne community inspireert ze dagelijks honderden vrouwen om sterker te worden, zowel fysiek als mentaal.<br><br><strong>We stelden haar een paar korte vragen:<br><\/strong><br><strong>Wat deed je voordat je Pilates ontdekte?<\/strong><br>Yoga.<br><br><strong>Wat vind je zo bijzonder aan trainen op de reformer?<\/strong><br>Je wordt er echt mega sterk van en ik vind het nog leuk ook!<br><br><strong>Wat wil je mensen laten voelen tijdens jouw lessen?<\/strong><br>Energie, plezier en kracht.<br><br><strong>Wat is jouw favoriete oefening op de reformer?<\/strong>French Twists!<br><br><strong>Wat is een kleine tip die iedereen meteen kan toepassen tijdens het trainen?<\/strong><br>Kwaliteit van bewegen boven kwantiteit. Liever rustig en gecontroleerd dan snel en afgeraffeld.<br><br><strong>Wat wil je meegeven aan iemand die net begint met Reformer Pilates?<\/strong><br>Denk aan je core, ademhaling en houding.
